The first floor has an open plan with a glass door leading to the spacious tropical garden backyard. There is easy access to the backyard from the front of the house in case you have gear to store, such as surfboards and diving equipment. The den has a 50" Smart TV, along with a chest of games to enjoy together during down time. The well-stocked full kitchen is equipped with all you need if you choose to prepare your own meals. If you prefer, chef services are available at an additional cost.  

Three bedrooms are located on the second level. The ample master suite has a king bed with a private bathroom. Two bedrooms with queen beds share a bathroom located in the hallway.  

The quietness and privacy extends into the neighborhood. Instead of houses located across the street from Casa Bondadosa, there is a small natural "jungle" area with trees, birds, and beautiful butterflies. Follow the path winding through for playing at the playground, exercising on the gym equipment, or relaxing while doing yoga harmonized in the middle of nature in the open-air cabana. 

Travel by car to the beach is 12 to 15 minutes and 5 minutes to cenotes, the supermarket, and restaurants.  A full range of eating options are available from roadside stands to Michelin-rated restaurants.
